The blades of our Trekker tour skates are always high-quality steel. This way, the blades stay in good condition for a long time. However, even the highest quality blades require maintenance to keep their properties at their best. We recommend adding a tour skate sharpener and blade guards to your order.

The tour skate should also be sharpened to a profile, in which case the blades of the tour skates are slightly curved. So when placed opposite each other, only the middle parts of the tour skates touch each other. The maneuverability and comfort of a profile-sharpened skate is significantly better.
