Warranty

We offer a full 1-year warranty as a minimum for all of our products, unless an additional warranty period is mentioned. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care.

All the products in our range are carefully selected and thoroughly researched. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we aim to resolve these situations fairly and as quickly as possible. All products purchased from Hobbybox.ie come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Our customer service team is available to assist with any warranty-related issues. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement product or a refund.

How to make a claim

Go to our Contact Us page and fill in the requested details, including your order number.

Describe the issue with your product as precisely as possible.

We highly recommend attaching photos or a video of the defect to help speed up the process.

Once we receive your claim, we will process it as soon as possible.

Processing your claim

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will contact you via email.

If the claim is approved, Hobbybox.ie reserves the right to:

Repair the product

Replace the product entirely

Offer a price reduction

Issue a full refund if none of the above options are possible.

Damage during transit

If your product arrives damaged in transit, please follow these steps:

If the damage is visible on the package upon delivery:

Report the damage immediately to the courier upon receipt.

File a claim directly with the postal service or courier at the time of delivery.

If the damage is discovered after opening the package:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping package.

Contact our customer service team and attach the photos to your message.

Do not dispose of the packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
