We follow all laws and regulations of Ireland regarding online shopping. You can read more about our delivery terms below:

Delivery time

We usually deliver our orders within 4-7 business days, when the goods are sent from our central warehouse. After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which serves as a receipt for your purchase and as a possible warranty certificate.

Items that are not sent from our central warehouse are direct deliveries, which are instead sent from our partners' warehouses. For these, the delivery time is 5-10 business days. See the list of our direct delivery products at the bottom of the page.

Processing time

The processing time before the order is dispatched is usually 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, the processing time may be slightly longer, approximately 2-4 business days.

Note! Orders placed during weekends and holidays are generally processed from the following working day onwards.

Delivery methods and costs

You get FREE delivery when you order for at least €50. We use GLS as our delivery partner.

For orders under €50, the delivery cost is €9.90.

Packages under 20kg: Delivered via GLS to your nearest Parcel Shop.

Freight deliveries over 30kg: Delivered all the way to your address via DHL.

Please note

Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the tracking to be activated. The delivery is first scanned at the delivery company's logistics centre and therefore the tracking is not activated immediately. Please contact us if the tracking update has taken longer than 3 business days.
