Products ordered from Hobbybox.ie always have a 14-day right of return.

Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

Submit a return request

Go to our Contact Us page and fill in all the required information, including your order number.

Select 'Return' as the subject and specify in the message that you would like to return your order.

Return costs:

Returns under 30kg (with our return label): €15

Returns over 30kg (with our return label): Contact customer service.

You may also return your purchase at your own cost without our return label. However, in this case, you must provide the tracking number to our customer service.

Once we receive your return request, we will approve the return and provide you with the return slip. You will then be able to print a return shipping label.

Pack the products carefully

Ensure the returned products are well protected to prevent damage during transport.

Do not make any changes or markings on the original product packaging (e.g., shoebox).

Print the return shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest GLS service point.

Please note: The return shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return package, we will process the refund within 2 weeks of receipt, in accordance with our policies.

Important:

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Hobbybox.ie has the right to apply a deduction for loss of value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary.

All labels, instructions, and original accessories must be included.

The product must not be dirty or show signs of use (such as hair) to qualify for a refund.

If a product comes in a sealed package that cannot be opened without damage, you have the right to open the packaging to inspect the product without losing your right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer product exchanges for the same order. If you want to change the size or product, please return your current order and place a new order.

What happens if you don’t collect your parcel?

If you do not collect your parcel from the post office, it will be automatically returned to us 14 days after delivery.

If you are unable to collect your parcel within this timeframe, we will treat it as a normal return.
